Duplicate of the navigation licence due to expiry: €93.41 in fees (€77.20 + VAT €16.21) — that is what you pay online. The official charge (€19.03) is paid separately: the full procedure comes to €112.44.

Renewal
- ID (DNI/NIE)
- Original navigation licence
- Valid seaworthiness certificate (ITB inspection passed and stamped)
- Psychophysical fitness report
- Compulsory civil-liability insurance policy
Exchange
- ID (DNI/NIE)
- Original licence
- Damaged or illegible certificate (exchange due to wear)
- Sworn statement of loss or copy of the police report (exchange due to loss)
