- Up-to-date registry certificate or commercial registry extract
- Company tax number (NIF)
- ID (DNI/NIE) of directors and shareholders
- Amount of the increase
- New distribution of the share capital
- Identification of the new shareholders, where there are any
- Type of increase: cash contributions, non-cash contributions, set-off of credits, or reserves and profits
- Bank certificate for the cash contributions, where applicable
- Documents proving the assets contributed
- Documents on the valuation of the contributions, where applicable
- Resolution of the general meeting
- Certificate of the resolution
- Amended text of the articles of association
