1. Introduction

The present general conditions of use of the webpage regulate the terms and conditions of access and use for, property of (PERFIL ASESOR, S.L.), office located in C/ Gremi Fusters nº 33, office 319 (VIP ASIMA Building), Son Castelló Industrial Estate, Palma de Mallorca, Spain. With CIF number B-07754823 and registered in the Commercial Register of Palma de Mallorca. Volume 1324, Book 0, Page 32, Section 8, Sheet PM 22286, henceforward, “the Company”. The user of the Portal must read and accept to use all services and information provided from the Portal.

2. Terms of use

These general conditions of use for the Portal regulate the access and use for it, including the contents and services made available for the users. However, access and use of the content and/or services may be subject to certain specific conditions.

3. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify at any time the general conditions of use for the Portal. In any case, it is recommended that you periodically consult the present terms of use, since they can be modified.

4. Duties of the User

The user must always respect the terms and conditions settled out in these general conditions of the use for the Portal. The user expressly states that he/she will use the Portal diligently and assuming any responsibility that may arise from the breach of the rules.

In any case, the Portal excludes any liability for damages and losses that may be due to information and/or services provided or provided by third people (different from The Company), in that case, all responsibility will be theirs, whether that third people are suppliers or collaborators.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents, brands, logos, drawings, documentation, computer programs or any other element susceptible of protection by the legislation of intellectual or industrial property that are accessible in the company’s Portal have expressly reserved the rights over them. It is expressly forbidden to create hypertext links about any element from the Portal without the authorization of the company when they’re not referring to a Portal web that does not require identification or authentication for access, when that it already restricted..

In any case, the Portal reserves all content, information and services rights that holds about them. The Portal does not grant any license or authorization of use to the user about the contents, data or services that are different from the one that is expressly detailed in the present general conditions of use from the Portal.

7. Applicable legislation, competent jurisdiction and notifications

The present conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the Spain Laws. The courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca will be competent for any claim. All notices, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to the Company owner of the Portal must be made in writing and it will be understood that they have been correctly made when they are received at the following address:
