€14.52 in fees (€12 + VAT €2.52) — that is what you pay online. The DGT charge (€8.67) is paid separately and is not included in the online payment: the full procedure comes to €23.19.

Timelines depend on the Administration
We take care of filing and following up your case with the competent authority. Resolution times are set by the applicable regulations and are outside our control; delays are not uncommon. We monitor the procedure continuously and keep you promptly informed of the status of your case and of anything required from you.
