The official charges (€55.70 + €6.05 College fee) are paid separately: the full procedure comes to €154.62, the same price for private individuals and for companies. The transfer tax (ITP) is also paid on top and varies with the declared value.

- The transfer is done the moment we send you the provisional authorisation; the original registration certificate arrives in about three or four days.

The transfer tax (ITP) is not included in this price or in the online payment: it is calculated on the declared value of the sale. We tell you the amount before going ahead and the office settles it separately.
Timelines depend on the Administration
We take care of filing and following up your case with the competent authority. Resolution times are set by the applicable regulations and are outside our control; delays are not uncommon. We monitor the procedure continuously and keep you promptly informed of the status of your case and of anything required from you.
